Conditioning is an important part of participation in any sport. An appropriate fitness and strength level will prevent injuries and prepare you for our difficult athletic routines. Whether you will be a flyer, base, or backspot you should commit to some type of conditioning routine, whether it is the one we provide or one you come up with on your own.

Flyer: typically the shortest person in the stunt group
Bases: use arm and leg strength to support the flyer
Back spot: typically the tallest person in the stunt group, with the longest arm. Supports the ankles of the flyer
*At tryouts, you will be placed either in the flyer or base/back spot group
