CONDITIONING - Flyers
Cheerleading is a commitment that requires practicing and conditioning at home in addition to after-school practices. As a flyer, you especially need a strong core to keep you balanced while in the air. Below you will find a suggested workout plan. Although not required, committing to this conditioning routine can increase your preparedness for tryouts and possibility of becoming a part of the team. Be sure to look for the special section for flyers.
Choose one of the stretching routines or create a mix of both! Remember hold your stretches for at least 10 seconds without bouncing. Always stop if you feel pain.
